OUR MAIN FEATURES OF THIS UNIQUE PROJECT

1. Ownership of Land:
We plant on 12,000,000 m² of land that we own, ensuring complete control and long-term commitment to our reforestation efforts.

2. Comprehensive Ecosystem Restoration:
We focus on restoring unique Arctic and sub-Arctic ecosystems, which play a critical role in global biodiversity and climate regulation.

3. Enhanced Carbon Sequestration:
Our reforestation efforts leverage the unique carbon storage capacity of Iceland’s volcanic soils, offering an effective solution for reducing atmospheric CO2.

4. Biodiversity Promotion:
We plant a diverse range of tree species to enhance biodiversity, creating resilient and thriving ecosystems.

5. Cultural and Historical Significance:
Our efforts help restore landscapes that hold cultural and historical importance to Iceland, revitalizing natural heritage.

6. Global Impact:
While focused on Iceland, our reforestation work contributes to global environmental health by mitigating climate change, improving air quality, and supporting the global water cycle.

We believe investing in sustainable forestry is a good thing to do. But also that the climate crisis allows us very limited time to safeguard our planet and that more needs to be done now.
Therefore we want to expand the initiative we started by attracting investors.
As an investor you are able to contribute to a healthier world to live in and at the same time earn a unexpected good return on your investment.

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS

1. Steady value increase afforested land:
The funds we receive are mainly invested in acquiring new land. The value of the land is increasing over time, especially after the trees have been planted.

2. CO2 certificates:
The newborn forest will be certified by an independant accreditation agency which allows us to issue and sell C02 certificates.

3. Low operational costs:
A significant part of our operational costs are carried by multiple stakeholders who have an interest in this sustainable project.

4. Selling wood:
After the forest has fully grown it will be harvested and reforested. The timber acquired will be sold as FSC wood for amongst other sustainable construction.

5. Risk management:
The AAA condition of the forest is maintained by experts from the Icelandic Forest Services. This ensures that the 143,000 trees will be grown till maturity.

6. Tradeable participations:
The participations can be sold upon request of the investor to a third party.

7. Sustainable buildings:
In accordance with the zoning plan, a number of sustainable buildings have been included in the project. You can visit the area if desired.
